Electricity distribution companies in Bulgaria

The map shows the areas covered by the electricity distribution companies in Bulgaria: CEZ, EVN, and Energo-Pro.

CEZ Bulgaria operates and maintains the electricity distribution grid on the territory of the following districts in Bulgaria: Sofia, Pernik, Kyustendil, Blagoevgrad, Vidin, Montana, Vratsa, Pleven and Lovech. The total length of the distribution grid operated by CEZ Bulgaria is about 57 902 km.

EVN Bulgaria operates and maintains the electricity distribution grid on the territory of the following districts in Bulgaria: Pazardzhik, Smolyan, Kardzhali, Haskovo, Yambol, Burgas, Sliven, Stara Zagora, Plovdiv. The total length of the distribution grid operated by EVN Bulgaria is about 60 000 km.

Energo-Pro Bulgaria operates and maintains the electricity distribution grid on the territory of the following districts in Bulgaria: Varna, Dobrich, Silistra, Shumen, Razgrad, Targovishte, Ruse, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo. The total length of the distribution grid operated by Energo-Pro Bulgaria is about 42 125 km. Prior to Energo-Pro, until mid-2012, the electricity distribution grid in North-East Bulgaria was operated by E.ON Bulgaria.
