From June 11 - 22, the Bularian Wind Energy Association is holding an outdoor exhibition presenting the modern wind industry, its heritage from the past, wind parks in Bulgaria and abroad, and the opportunities wind power holds for the future. BGWEA is inviting everyone interested in renewables to visit the exhibition. The official opening will be on Global Wind Day, June 15. Our team will be happy to meet you there. EOLICA ARGENTINA is the registered nomination of the only Argentinean wind energy exhibition and conference organized by Artenergy Publishing in cooperation with AAEE (Argentina Wind Energy Association), which will take place from 3 to 5 July 2012 at La Rural, Buenos Aires Exhibition Center.
EOLICA EXPO MEDITERRANEAN is devoted to the wind market in the Mediterranean area as part of the Zero Emission Rome show. Eolica Expo Mediterranean has one of the top positions with regard to number of visitors and exhibitors (of which 40% international). 8th Congress on Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy and Solar Exhibition

"Powered by Nature: Wind Energy Today. In Focus: Hungary"
The Bulgarian Wind Energy Association, in cooperation with the Hungarian Wind Energy Association (HWEA) and the Hungarian Cultural Institute in Sofia, is organising an exhibition on modern wind energy. Besides the technology, the myths and facts about wind energy and the fun facts about this clean source of power, you will also learn how this sector is developing in Hungary.
The exhibition will be displayed for visitors at the institute on 16 Aksakov Str. from January 23 to February 6, 2012. Entrance is free.

The students will have the opportunity to learn more about the technologies in wind turbines, myths and facts about wind energy, as well as fun facts about this clean power source.
The exhibition will be on display until the middle of January, 2012 at the Electrotechnical department of the university.

The Bulgarian Wind Energy Association (BGWEA) is glad to present to you the photo exhibition "Powered by Nature: The Wind Energy Industry Today" at the centre for culture and debate "The Red House" on 15 Luben Karavelov Str. in Sofia. The exhibition will be on display from 6 - 22 December, 2011, 10:00 - 17:30 at "Pesha Nikolova" hall every day without the weekends. There will be an official opening on 5 December, 2011 at 18:30.
The exhibition’s photos and info graphs will give you a real insight into how wind energy works and what ecological and economic benefits it brings. The exhibition is accompanied by a debate"Renewable Energy Sources - Opportunities and Constraints" at the "Red House" on 12 December at 18:30. The debate is organized by BGWEA with the participation of students from the Students’ Club of Political Science at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". The debate will be in Bulgarian.

Global Wind Day Exhibition by BGWEA

Global Wind Day is a worldwide event that occurs annually on June 15. The day started as a European one in 2007 and went Global in 2009. On this day, thousands of public events are organised all over the world. It is a day for discovering wind, its power and the possibilities it holds to change our world.
BGWEA is inviting members and friends to visit an exhibition of photos, charts and technical instruments presenting the wind industry today. The exhibition will take place at the National Polytechnical Museum in Sofia. The official opening will be on June 15 and the exhibition will be on display until June 22. The museum is open 9.00 – 17.00 on working days. Over the weekend, it will be open 9.00 – 14.00 on Saturday (June 18) and 9.00 – 17.00 on Sunday (June 19). Join us at the exhibition to learn more about the wind turbines technology and the fun facts for the industry. You can also test your wind energy knowledge at a quiz and win giveaways.
