ELTE Engineering EOOD is a construction and investment company founded in 2006 to provide engineering and construction of energy, industrial, infrastructural and other projects. This dynamically growing company was founded in 2007 and is financed by the international investor Warburg Pincus. The company is represented in Germany at two locations, Hamburg and Bremerhaven. In the state-of-the-art production facility in Bremerhaven, the 900 kW wind turbine type PowerWind 56 has been manufactured in series since January of 2008. Part of that team works in the composition of the new company and continues to actively and effectively working to build wind plants for over 1000 MW. Another manager and owner of the company Todor Todorov is also among the pioneers in the creation of wind farms in Bulgaria and won the idea of ​​creating Proventus Energy PLC with the ultimate goal of developing the largest such park. He participate actively in the development of legal basis regarding renewable energy sources and their funding and he take the first steps towards the realization of his vision in a very difficult, complex and dangerous time for private investment in the Bulgarian market.

Raiffeisen Energy & Environment GmbH (REE), a division of the Austrian Raiffeisen Banking Group, specialises in the acquisition, development, construction and operation of (renewable) energy projects, especially wind energy and photovoltaics. REE is mainly focusing its activities on target countries within the network of the Raiffeisen Banking Group, with Bulgaria being one of its main target markets. Currently (2010) REE is running 112 MW of PV and wind energy projects in three different countries, 42.5 MW thereof in Bulgaria.

Renewable Energy Int. Limited (REI) is a renewable energy company that was established in 2009 to take advantage of a fundamental change in the way countries achieve energy independence and security. Having assembled a strong team with extensive experience in the industry, REI focuses on developing onshore wind power opportunities by acquiring and developing greenfield and early development sites and guiding these projects through to issuance of the building permit or planning permission.
